As a Director / Senior Director of Business Development, your focus will be on identifying and cultivating partnerships with Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Contract Research Organizations within a growing RTSM market.

The Director of Business Development reports directly into the Co-Founder and CEO and collaborates cross functionally across the leadership team.  This role will have upward mobility with the opportunity to manage the Sales Organization based on a track record of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and prioritizing new leads and opportunities with Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Contract Resource Organizations
  • Closes new business and expands existing partnerships with existing clients
  • Partner with internal team members to create compelling sales presentations catered to each clients’ RTSM needs
  • Present Atreo’s RTSM solutions and advantages based on prospects current RTSM requirements, business initiatives, and challenges
  • Drafts proposals, consulting as appropriate with Executive Management and Client Delivery team members
  • Negotiates project and partnership budgets and contracts, utilizing in-house resources to ensure budget accuracy
  • Assists in providing responses to RFIs / RFPs as needed
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows and meetings as required
  • Maintain contacts, opportunities, and pipeline information within SalesForce.com CRM

As the Director of Engineering, you will oversee and drive Atreo’s Engineering and IT initiatives. Collaborating closely with Atreo leadership, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in bringing the company’s vision to life. This position also serves as the primary escalation point for critical Engineering and IT issues, while championing continuous process improvement to ensure compliance with all Atreo Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The Quality Engineer will report to the Lead Automation Engineer and contribute to the automation test cases and process around Atreo’s automation framework. The individual will play a pivotal role in our testing strategies and will be responsible for test case quality within Atreo’s core product, Studio and for individual clinical trials.

As a Product Delivery Manager your focus will be on designing and configuring clinical trials. Using your years of expertise, you will partner closely with Atreo customers, guiding them through the process and navigating study protocols to create robust and sustainable clinical trials.

Responsibilities

System Implementation:

  • Expert implementation of client RTSM applications to enable client goals
  • Primary sponsor contact during RTSM system design, responsible for the health of the client relationship working with clinical study teams to establish RTSM specifications and deliver state-of-the-art RTSM systems.
  • Work with product development and QC to ensure study level applications are designed, configured, customized and tested to deliver a high quality, validated system to clients.
  • Expert in Atreo’s Studio tool; identifying sponsor specific requirements, configuring study, overseeing customization and validation process of SDLC, facilitating sponsor review and approval as per Atreo SOPs.

Required Experience:

  • The position requires a minimum of 5 years (10 for senior) in experience in the clinical research field, particularly clinical supplies operations, RTSM delivery.
  • Knowledge of US FDA Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) GCP regulations, Electronic Records; Electronic Signatures regulation (21 CFR Part 11) and EU Annex 11, and associated regulatory guidance documents.

Education and/or Certification Requirements:

As a Project Manager your focus will be on acting as the first point of contact for ongoing clinical trials. Working closely with the Product Delivery Manager team and other internal stakeholders to deliver the best quality service to all of Atreo’s customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary client contact for day to day operations in support of RTSM applications.
  • Develop, implement and oversee sponsor communication plans, including service level agreements data management and support procedures, per Atreo SOPs.
  • Coordinate efforts towards data uploads (users, sites, randomization lists etc.) in the different environments.
  • Oversee client system UAT and system go live.
  • Consult with client clinical supplies and operations leads to support system usage.
  • Customer Support point of escalation for any system or support issues where required; develop training materials and train Customer Support staff on study application support procedures and client standards.
  • Develop client and site system training manuals and deliver study training for clinical team
  • Monitor study issues for trends to enhancement opportunities or additional training needs
